I realize we can't respond to reviews and we should be able to. What I can do is figure out why. Everything that I know should be in the coding seems to be there yet the respond option isn't showing up.

I've asked for help with this on the eFiction forums, but we're using an older version of the script and they are reluctant to help but I'm working on it. If anyone has any ideas of their own on fixing it email me at shannon730@gmail.com.
